You’ve tried a firmer pillow. A softer one. Two stacked on top of each other. Maybe even nasal strips. You still wake up with a stiff neck, and your partner still nudges you at 2am.
Here’s why it doesn’t work: a regular pillow lets your head drop forward or tilt to the side. Your neck bends, your jaw falls back, and your airway narrows.
That’s what creates the snoring and the morning stiffness. Swapping pillows only changes how soft it feels, and your posture stays exactly the same.
