Jake walks you through the full setup, explains how the stick actually works to release stiffness and improve mobility, and demonstrates a complete set of exercises you can start using today. By the end, you'll have a simple daily routine to follow.
Everything you need to get started with your Stretch & Mobility Stick. Watch each step in the video.
01
Four sections, two ball end caps. Screw them together in under a minute. Use the full 168 cm length for most exercises, or the half length when you need shorter leverage.
02
The stick creates a leverage point and anchors to the floor. This guides your body into positions you cannot reach with unsupported stretching — releasing the fascia where stiffness actually lives.
03
Move through each stretch slowly and with control. Hold every position for 8–10 seconds. Focus on the muscles being worked, breathe into the stretch, and let the stick do the work.
04
Five to ten minutes in the morning or after long periods of sitting. Pick three or four exercises to start. You will feel something in the first session — the real change comes after two to three weeks of daily use.
